The Coleman Center for the Arts is a contemporary arts organization that uses art to foster positive social change, answer civic needs, build local pride, and use creativity for community problem solving. The Coleman Center was founded in 1985 through the grass roots efforts of local citizens. The organization’s mission is to integrate contemporary art into education, civic life, and community development throughout its region.

The Cantor Arts Center at Stanford University acquired the Andy Warhol Photography Archive from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts in 2014. The collection of 3,600 contact sheets and corresponding negatives represents the complete range of Warhol’s black-and-white photographic practice from 1976 until his unexpected death in 1987.
